Mr. Buckley holds an MBA in Operations Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Mr. Hoye brings 38 years of expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, marked by his innovative contributions and leadership. His career highlights include groundbreaking work in geophysics, risk analysis, and business intelligence, showcasing his impact on technology and analytics.
Mr. Hoye’s career began with 22 years at Texaco, where he advanced from geophysicist to leading special projects, including developing technologies for seismic data and velocity inversion. He then moved into risk analysis consulting with Decisioneering and Oracle, utilizing Crystal Ball for simulations and forecasting. Recently, he has focused on business intelligence, creating analytics software for Blue River Analytics.
Mr. Hoye received his Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from Purdue University in 1980. He later earned an MBA from the University of Denver in 1996 and achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Society in 2006, enhancing his expertise in finance and investment.
Mr. Guthrie is an IT professional with over 35 years of applications experience in the Oil & Gas industry and more than 20 years specializing in Business Intelligence tools within the Energy and Utilities sectors.
Mr. Guthrie is a seasoned data analyst with deep expertise in TIBCO Spotfire. He has created dashboards and analytic tools for Exploration and Production Operators across EMEA, aiding engineers and management in data discovery and decision-making. His notable projects include work with BP, Equinor, Dana Petroleum, and ConocoPhillips UK.
Mr. Guthrie received commendations from the DCEO of the Kuwait Oil Company for his work on Production Optimization and Strategic Planning, and from ConocoPhillips UK for his Cost Visualization Analytics.

Mr. Piper is a highly experienced IT professional and Data Analyst with a strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Analytics. He has over 6 years of experience with the TIBCO Spotfire Analytics platform, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
Mr. Piper has extensive experience delivering Spotfire E&P projects, including developing dashboards and analytical tools. He has assisted engineers and managers in using Spotfire for self-service data discovery and analysis for clients such as Chrysaor, Tullow Oil, Petoro, BG, Total, Maersk Oil, and Dana Petroleum.
Mr. Piper is certified in TIBCO Spotfire Full Platform Bootcamp, completed in 2012. This certification underscores his advanced expertise in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
Mr. Joslin has dedicated the past 13 years to the oil & gas industry, focusing on modeling and analytics. His experience spans subsurface, surface, and export data, demonstrating the value of integration and analytics, particularly using Spotfire.
Mr. Joslin holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Bath. He began his career at BP in London, where he used Spotfire for analyzing modeling data. Later, as a consultant for Kuwait’s national oil company (KOC), he applied Spotfire to gain valuable insights, enhancing production and reducing costs.

Mr. Bustos is a Reservoir Specialist with an MSc. in Petroleum Engineering and over a decade of experience in the field. His expertise lies in the characterization, development, and permanent monitoring of reservoirs.
Mr. Bustos has an impressive track record in optimizing and accelerating reservoir recovery. His expertise spans reservoir simulation, data analysis techniques, reserves estimation, and production forecasting. In addition, Mr. Bustos is highly proficient in Spotfire visual design, having developed hundreds of dashboards to analyze reservoir data, assess production performance, and streamline drilling operations.
Mr. Bustos holds both an MSc and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, providing him with a comprehensive and robust foundation in the core principles and advanced practices of the field.

With expertise in Tableau and Sigma Computing, he specializes in predictive analytics and dashboard design, leveraging deep knowledge of Oil & Gas and Finance to support data-driven decision-making.
Mr. Muhajir holds degrees in Business (Financial Accounting) and Computer Science. He is currently pursuing postgraduate certifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Mr. Murphy has led over 40 successful deployments across industries such as finance, healthcare, government, and energy. His extensive background includes roles as an Enterprise Data Architect, Data Governance Specialist, and Business Intelligence Consultant, where he has shaped data strategies for large-scale organizations.
