Mr. Buckley holds an MBA in Operations Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Mr. Hoye’s career began with 22 years at Texaco, where he advanced from geophysicist to leading special projects, including developing technologies for seismic data and velocity inversion. He then moved into risk analysis consulting with Decisioneering and Oracle, utilizing Crystal Ball for simulations and forecasting. Recently, he has focused on business intelligence, creating analytics software for Blue River Analytics.
Mr. Hoye received his Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from Purdue University in 1980. He later earned an MBA from the University of Denver in 1996 and achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Society in 2006, enhancing his expertise in finance and investment.
Mr. Guthrie is an IT professional with over 35 years of applications experience in the Oil & Gas industry and more than 20 years specializing in Business Intelligence tools within the Energy and Utilities sectors.
Mr. Guthrie is a seasoned data analyst with deep expertise in TIBCO Spotfire. He has created dashboards and analytic tools for Exploration and Production Operators across EMEA, aiding engineers and management in data discovery and decision-making. His notable projects include work with BP, Equinor, Dana Petroleum, and ConocoPhillips UK.
Mr. Guthrie received commendations from the DCEO of the Kuwait Oil Company for his work on Production Optimization and Strategic Planning, and from ConocoPhillips UK for his Cost Visualization Analytics.

Mr. Piper has extensive experience delivering Spotfire E&P projects, including developing dashboards and analytical tools. He has assisted engineers and managers in using Spotfire for self-service data discovery and analysis for clients such as Chrysaor, Tullow Oil, Petoro, BG, Total, Maersk Oil, and Dana Petroleum.

Mr. Bustos has an impressive track record in optimizing and accelerating reservoir recovery. His expertise spans reservoir simulation, data analysis techniques, reserves estimation, and production forecasting. In addition, Mr. Bustos is highly proficient in Spotfire visual design, having developed hundreds of dashboards to analyze reservoir data, assess production performance, and streamline drilling operations.
